Developing and Using your Intuition

We all have varying levels of intuition. We are born with this 6th sense. Some have more developed intuition and trust in using it. Some don't believe they have any intuition. Some of us don't realize how much we use it or how we might develop or expand it to help us live, work, and advance through life: Laurie shares some personal experiences and developmental tactics to boost and use your intuition.  She talks about the importance of understanding your emotions and being aware of your mental filters. Laurie also talks about the value of empathy and how the use of this energy can help you discern your emotions, filters, and then any information or messages you may get. 

The value of using your intuition is that you have access to additional information and insight into situations or life. Laurie shares personal experiences where she trusts and depends on her intuition. She suggests that you not be afraid of the information you get and that at first, it may feel abnormal to the point you don't trust them.
