Balance or Alignment

Laurie talks about definitions around work life-balance and wonders what might have people believe they are out of balance.  The universe keeps us in balance. We live in duality and the opposites, or shades of grey help us in our alignment.  Her life purpose is her life and her life work there is no separation therefor there is no out-of-balance.  But it wasn't always like this.  If we reframe our view on the concept of being in or out of balance and believe that whatever we are experiencing is alignment, we are able to navigate more easily.  Laurie reminds us of the duality in our energy fields - that we have both masculine and feminine. Some are exercised more than others, but yet we all have both. When we learn to be in neutrality and function from that point, while understand we choose to move off-balance, we move more towards oneness, having the understanding that we are always in balance.
