Vibration, Memory and Mental Processing

The Universe has been passing on messages about our expansion of our mental processing, our beliefs and the actions we take based on our beliefs. Our mental processing and energy field is changing. We’ve known for some time now that during sleep, the brain undergoes purge during which thoughts collected during that day are either converted into long-term memories or discarded. Sometimes we process or experience the release through dreams as if that were the brains time for analyzing the importance of that event, or experience.  

It makes sense that this brain cleanse would occur at night when the brain is idle. We only use about 5-7 percent of our brains processing capacity, but somehow in our human design we’ve been constructed to be efficient in what we keep or don’t keep. Though we have capacity, it is our efficiency that seems to determine what to keep or not keep.  How does sound and vibration influence our memory. How do emotions such as fear or joy influence our memory?   Laurie explores the memory and healing function of the brain and what vibration can provide.  How might what we are learning about the brain impact our healing capabilities of the future.
